Porsche China R&D Center — Delivering Excellence in High-End R&D Spaces
HZCREATION has successfully completed the interior fit-out works of the Porsche China R&D Center located in the Hongqiao Business District, Shanghai, and has delivered the project to the client, supporting the official launch of Porsche’s first comprehensive overseas R&D hub.
HZCREATION顺利完成了位于上海虹桥商务区的保时捷中国研发中心（Porsche China R&D Center）精装修工程，并圆满交付使用，助力车企全球首个海外综合研发基地正式启幕。
The project represents Porsche’s first large-scale R&D center established outside of Weissach, Germany, with a total gross floor area exceeding 10,000 square meters. Integrating R&D offices, technical laboratories, and interactive experience spaces, the center serves as a key milestone in Porsche’s strategic vision of “In China, for China.”
该项目是保时捷在德国魏斯阿赫之外建设的首个大规模海外研发中心，总建筑规模超过10,000平方米，集研发、技术实验、互动体验等功能于一体，是保时捷“在中国、为中国”战略的重要落地成果。
Since the project’s commencement, HZCREATION as the interior fit-out main contractor, has leveraged its professional execution capabilities, high-standard construction management system, and effective multi-party coordination to ensure construction quality, schedule control, and site safety.
